Start with Hello Week

Start With Hello Week is a national awareness and violence prevention program by Sandy Hook Promise to combat social isolation and promote kindness, inclusion, and empathy in schools and communities.

The week encourages students to take small, simple steps, like saying "hello" to peers who may feel disconnected, with the ultimate goal of reducing bullying, depression, and violence by fostering a sense of belonging and connectedness.

On Wednesday, Sept. 17, wear green as a symbol of unity, inclusivity, and solidarity with Sandy Hook Promise. Students are invited to participate in an activity during lunch in Town Hall.
