Supplies for 7th Grade Magnet Team

Hello and welcome to 7thgrade!  Being prepared helps you to do your best.  Use the list below to help you prepare for class and be ready to learn.

Supplies common to more than one class:

• 3 Ring Binder big enough for sections for English, Science, Math
• 3 - 5 sharpened pencils/mechanical pencils with extra lead of the right size
• 2 - 3 blue/black ink pens
• Highlighters - 4 colors
• Glue sticks
• Colored pencils
• Eraser
• 12 inch ruler with both inches and centimeters
• Notebook paper (11 inch X 8.5 inch preferred, wide rule, loose-leaf)
• 3-hole punch (flat, fits in binder - optional)

English:

• Single-subject spiral/composition notebook

Math:

• Pencil sharpener (with an attachment to catch the shavings)
• 3 dividers for math for binder or math section of big binder. (label dividers - Math, Homework, Quizzes/Tests)
• 1 spiral notebook with 70 or more pages
• 2 red pens (for correcting homework)
• Calculator (scientific calculator is optional)
• Mini stapler (optional)

History:

• 3 ring binder
• 3 ring binder pencil pouch/pencil case

Science:

• 2 composition books (1 for each semester)
• Earbuds (optional but nice to have)
