A Reminder to Parents of 7th Grade Students

 

- 2nd proof of Varicella

 

These immunization requirements remain in effect even during distance learning. Please review your child’s immunization record to make sure it is up-to-date with current State law immunization requirement.

 

When classes resume on-site, and your child is not up-to-date with these immunizations, your child will be excluded from school.
