Botanical Name:  Cupressus cashmeriana

Location:  To the right of the library; between the offices and library

Plant Type:  Evergreen

Sunset Zones:   Zones 8, 9, 14-24

Sun Requirements: Full sun

Water Requirements: Regular watering needed for best results

Origin: Native to Kashmir and Tibet

Description: Narrow pyramid-like shape with main branches pointed upwards. Blue-green foliage (leaves) hang from the long,  flattened branchlets. Bark is scaley, flakey, and dark in color.

Leaves: Blue-green leaves growing 1-2 mm long

Flowers: Flowers are not produced

Fruit: Fruit is not produced
