Student Checklist
Ask family + friends to pledge per checkpoint or at a flat rate
On event day, reach as many checkpoints as you can during PE class
Collect donations
Turn in your pledge form + donations in a sealed envelope to the Main Office OR online
All students will be participating in the FUN RUN! This event is to promote physical fitness and support student activities and programs at Paul Revere. Partial proceeds will also benefit a charity. Please support your Paul Revere student by making a pledge for every checkpoint reached, or you may wish to make a lump sum pledge in any amount. See below for payment options.
Every student participates during PE class. Students are encouraged to get sponsors to pledge a specific amount for each checkpoint (every 1/4 mile reached).
Students will run through as many checkpoints as they can.

Donate by Credit / Debit / Cash / Check
Donate a flat sum now or after the event. Deadline to make your donation to support your student and PRMS is Friday, April 30th.
Students should drop off cash or check payments along with the attached form (or online form) in a sealed envelope labeled FUN RUN with students name/grade/PE Teacher name at the Main Office.
