Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, August 29th. This event provides an opportunity for teachers to share what students will learn throughout the school year. All PE classes will convene in the Auditorium. The schedule for the evening is as follows:
- 6th Grade: 5:00-6:37 pm

I would also like to reiterate the importance of driving safely and allowing sufficient time for drop-off and pick-up. We will have additional safety officers present throughout the week. August 16, 2024
We’ve successfully completed our first week of school! A heartfelt thank you to the Revere families for ensuring your students arrive at school daily and on time. Your commitment is truly appreciated, and we recognize the challenges that come with it.
To our students, thank you for bringing your positive energy and sharing your wonderful summer stories!
This week, we conducted our iReady math diagnostic assessment in math class. Next week, we will continue with the iReady assessments for ELA. Additionally, Revere held its inaugural Paint and Chill activity, where students painted alongside an artist to create beautiful works of art. We will host more exciting lunchtime activities throughout the school year to keep our students engaged in fun experiences.
We also conducted our first emergency drill, where students practiced drop-cover-and-hold techniques and learned how to quickly evacuate their classrooms to the field. Importantly, Mr. Evans and Ms. Kollatz reviewed our school policies with all students, including our tardy policy, dress code, cell phone/electronics policy, and school-wide behavior expectations. Families, starting next week, we will begin to enforce all of these policies. Please take a moment to review the dress code and cell phone policies with your students, as these tend to cause some confusion.
Next week, our counselors will lead our Homeroom Assemblies, where students will collaborate with counselors on good study habits, tips for success, lunch clubs, leadership events, and social-emotional health supports. Additionally, this Thursday, August 22nd, at 8:30 am, please join me for Coffee with the Principal via Zoom (Meeting ID: 893 7084 0067
Passcode: PRCMS25). We will discuss our District’s Every Schools Safe Video and share updates about Revere. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
Lastly, I want to emphasize the importance of driving safely and allowing ample time for drop-off and pick-up. Parents, please utilize the crosswalk at Brinkley. I understand it may be inconvenient, but it is the safest option. Let’s be considerate and avoid blocking our neighbors' driveways. Our goal is to maintain a safe and welcoming school community.
Thank you, Revere Family, for being the best!
